🎯 Custom Tracking Domain

Setting up a Custom Tracking Domain ensures all open tracking pixels and link-click redirects in SkySenders.ai Private SMTP appear under your own branded subdomain, improving recipient trust and email deliverability.

Required DNS CNAME Record

In your domain's DNS manager (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, etc.), create a new CNAME record:

• Type: CNAME

• Host / Name: cdn (or track)

• Points to / Value: cdn.sys-gateway.com

• TTL: Auto or 3600 seconds

• Cloudflare Proxy: DNS Only (Grey Cloud)

⚡ Note: DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to propagate globally, but often take effect within a few minutes.

Step-by-Step Setup in SkySenders.ai Private SMTP

1. Go to Domains: Log in to SkySenders and navigate to the Domains tab.

2. Select Domain: Choose the domain you want to configure.

3. Open Custom Tracking Domain Modal: Click More (top-right corner) and select Custom Tracking Domain.

4. Enter Subdomain: Enter your tracking subdomain (e.g. cdn.yourdomain.com or track.yourdomain.com).

5. Save & Verify: Click Save and then click Verify. Once verified, SSL is provisioned automatically.
