Navigating the Visual Canvas
The dot-grid canvas gives you complete control over your campaign architecture. Use the navigation controls in the bottom-right corner to zoom in, zoom out, fit to screen, and lock canvas panning while drafting your copy.
Adding Steps & Multi-Channel Actions
Sequences flow vertically from initial contact to subsequent follow-ups:
Email Steps: Compose personalized cold emails with custom subject lines and merge variables.
LinkedIn Steps: Trigger LinkedIn touchpoints (such as profile visits, connection requests, or follow-up direct messages).
Deleting Steps: Click the trash icon on the top right of any node to remove a step from the sequence flow.
Configuring Time Delays
Between each touchpoint, configure a precise waiting interval. Click on the delay condition box between two steps to specify:
Duration: The number of units to wait (e.g., 2 or 3).
Time Unit: Choose between Days or Hours after the previous step has been completed before sending the next follow-up.
A/B Testing with Multiple Variants
Optimize your reply rates by testing different subject lines, value propositions, and calls to action:
Creating Variants: Click the + New Variant button inside any step node to add Variant B, Variant C, etc.
Distribution: Traffic is automatically distributed across variants based on your campaign distribution settings (Randomized or Pattern-based).
Using Spintax for Maximum Deliverability
Spintax allows you to create randomized sentence variations to prevent spam filters from flagging repetitive email patterns:
