Campaign Settings: Schedules, Smart AI Categorization & Deliverability Controls

Configure advanced sending schedules, company-level reply stopping, Smart AI reply classification, ESP auto-matching, and bounce protection.

Campaign Settings allow you to fine-tune your sending schedules, account-based safety rules, AI reply categorization, and deliverability protections.

1. Sending Schedule & Limits

  • Schedule: Select pre-configured time windows (e.g. Night campaign running Mon-Fri in your target timezone).

  • Campaign Start Date: Schedule the campaign to launch on a specific future date and time.

  • Daily New Contacts Limit: Define how many brand-new prospects enter the sequence each day (e.g. 1,000/Day) to ensure steady pacing.

2. Sequence Configurations

  • Stop Sending When: Automatically halts all remaining follow-ups when a lead replies.

  • Stop Emails to the Same Company After a Reply: Enable this account-based marketing rule so that if one person at a target company responds, follow-ups to colleagues at the same domain are paused.

  • Email Variant & Spintax Distribution Mode: Choose between Randomized (randomly assigns variants to leads) or Pattern-Based (rotates evenly A, B, A, B).

3. Smart AI Contact Categorization

  • AI Auto-Categorise Contact Replies: Uses AI sentiment analysis to automatically tag incoming replies (Interested, Meeting Requested, Needs Info, etc.).

  • Select Reply Categories: Customize which categories you wish to track via Manage Categories.

  • Ignore Auto-Categorised OOO from Reply %: Excludes out-of-office automated responses so your response rate statistics remain accurate.

  • Re-activate Auto-Categorised OOO Contact: Automatically resumes the sequence after a set number of days when the lead is back in the office.

4. Deliverability & Safety (Advanced)

  • Send Emails in Plain Text (No HTML): Strips styling and tracking code to mimic personal one-to-one emails and maximize primary inbox placement.

  • Auto-Match Leads ESP: Directs Gmail sender accounts to Gmail recipients, and Outlook accounts to Outlook recipients to bypass cross-provider spam filters.

  • Avoid Sending to Previously Bounced Emails: Cross-checks your workspace bounce history to suppress known invalid emails automatically.

5. Risk Control & Compliance

  • Pause Campaign When Bounce Rate Reaches: Sets an emergency threshold (e.g. 5%) that immediately auto-pauses the campaign to protect domain reputation.

  • Include Unsubscribe Message: Adds a clean opt-out message to the email body.

  • Include Unsubscribe Header: Embeds RFC-compliant one-click unsubscribe headers in email headers for Google and Yahoo compliance.
