Campaign Analytics in SkySenders provides real-time, multi-dimensional visibility into your outreach performance. From high-level engagement to step-by-step funnel metrics and technical email provider delivery, this guide covers the 4 core analytical sections available inside every campaign.
1. Overall Campaign Engagement Cards
At the top of the Analytics tab, five metric cards give you an instant executive summary of your campaign health:
Total Emails Sent: The cumulative number of email messages dispatched across all steps in the sequence.
Delivered: The percentage and total volume of emails successfully accepted by recipient mail servers (e.g. 100%, 4 delivered).
Replied: The primary response rate percentage and exact count of replies received (e.g. 50%, 2 replies).
Positive Replies: The qualified conversion rate (e.g. 100%, 2 conversions). SkySenders AI automatically classifies responses expressing interest or requesting meetings.
Bounced: The bounce rate percentage and count. Keeping this under 3–5% is critical to safeguard your mailbox reputation and avoid auto-pause thresholds.
2. Email Engagement Over Period (Timeline Chart)
The engagement timeline allows you to track outreach momentum and identify sending trends over custom timeframes (e.g., "This month", custom date filters):
Visual Layers: Combines blue bar columns for Sent volume with smooth line curves for Replies (purple), Positive Replies (green), and Bounces (red dotted).
Interactive Date Tooltips: Hovering over any day on the chart displays an exact day-by-day tally of Sent, Replied, Positive Reply, and Bounced counts.
Actionable Insight: Helps you identify optimal sending days, gauge weekend vs. weekday responsiveness, and monitor reply velocity following multi-step follow-ups.
3. Sequence-Level Performance (Funnel Analytics)
Cold outreach success often comes from follow-ups. The Sequence-Level Performance table breaks down your metrics step by step:
Sequence Step Name: Identifies each individual touchpoint (e.g., "01 Email Step", "02 Email Step").
Step Volume (Sent): Total messages delivered at this exact stage of the sequence.
Replied % & Count: How many leads converted specifically on this step.
Positive Reply % & Count: The proportion of replies to this step that resulted in qualified meetings or interest.
Bounced %: Bounce rates per step, ensuring list quality remains high across subsequent touches.
Use sequence-level data to isolate weak points. If Step 1 has a low response rate but Step 2 converts well, refine Step 1's subject line and hook while keeping your follow-up intact.
4. ESP Breakdown (Email Service Provider Distribution)
The ESP Breakdown shows the distribution of email service providers across your enrolled contacts:
Tracked Providers: Automatically detects and categorizes recipient domains into Gmail / Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Zoho, Yahoo, and Other.
Why ESP Distribution Matters: Each email provider enforces distinct spam filtering algorithms and rate limits. Understanding whether your audience is primarily Outlook or Gmail helps you calibrate sending speeds.
Synergy with Auto-Match ESP: Pairs directly with SkySenders' Auto-Match Leads ESP setting in Campaign Settings. When enabled, SkySenders routes emails to Gmail leads via your Google accounts and Outlook leads via your Microsoft 365 accounts for highest inbox placement.
