The Mailboxes dashboard in SkySenders gives you centralized oversight of your email infrastructure, daily sending capacities, real-time DNS authentication health, and bounce diagnostics.
1. Mailboxes Dashboard & Operational Counters
At the top of the Mailboxes screen, live counters track the real-time operational status of your sender fleet:
Connected Mailbox: Total sending accounts currently active and authenticated.
Warmup Error: Accounts that encountered an issue during automated warmup cycles.
Disconnected: Accounts whose password expired or whose OAuth token was revoked, requiring immediate re-authentication.
Filter your fleet by Email keyword, Provider (Outlook, Google, SMTP), Warmup status, or Connection status.
2. Understanding Mailbox Table Columns
Name & Email: The sender profile name and full email address.
Provider & Tags: Identifies the email service provider with an icon and custom tags.
Warmup Status: Shows whether automated warmup is active, paused, or fully completed (e.g. "✓ Warmed Up").
Deliverability Rate: A real-time progress bar rating deliverability performance (e.g. 99.41% - Good).
Status: Displays live connection status (Connected vs Disconnected).
Email Sent / Day: Shows current volume sent today against your configured daily sending limit (e.g. 4 / 30 per day).
3. Detailed Mailbox Overview (Authentication & Reputation)
Clicking into any mailbox opens its dedicated Overview dashboard:
DNS Authentication Check: Click Check Status to run a live diagnostic on your email records. SkySenders verifies SPF Status, DKIM Status, DMARC Status, and MX Status with Pass/Fail badges. Passing all four is required for 99%+ deliverability.
Campaign Engagement: Displays lifetime Emails Sent, Received replies, and Emails Bounced specifically from this mailbox.
Performance Ratings: Real-time Delivery Rate (e.g. 100% Excellent) and Bounced Rate (e.g. 0% Excellent).
Mailbox ESP Breakdown: Visualizes the recipient provider distribution (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, Other) sent through this mailbox.
4. Email Engagement & Bounce Categories
The lower section features time-series engagement graphs and bounce classification:
Engagement Graph: Tracks daily spikes across Emails Sent (blue), Replies (green), Hard Bounces (red), and Soft Bounces (orange).
Hard vs. Soft Bounces: Hard bounces indicate non-existent addresses or dead domains, while soft bounces represent full recipient inboxes or temporary server blocks. SkySenders isolates these so you can prune invalid leads proactively.
