Connecting LinkedIn Accounts & Dedicated Residential Proxy Setup

Step-by-step guide to connecting LinkedIn via Credentials or Session Cookies, and configuring dedicated HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 residential proxies.

Multi-channel outreach combining LinkedIn and email generates significantly higher reply and qualified booking rates. SkySenders allows you to connect LinkedIn accounts securely and assign dedicated residential proxies to ensure your account location and session fingerprints remain consistent.

1. Connecting Your LinkedIn Account

To connect a LinkedIn profile:

  • Navigate to Infrastructure → LinkedIn in your left sidebar.

  • Click the blue Connect LinkedIn button in the top right corner.

  • The secure SkySenders authentication modal will open with two connection options: Credentials or Cookies.

2. Connection Methods (Credentials vs. Cookies)

  • Credentials Sign-In: Enter your standard LinkedIn Email and Password. SkySenders initiates a secure login session. If two-factor authentication (2FA) or email verification is enabled on your LinkedIn profile, complete the challenge when prompted.

  • Cookie-Based Sign-In (Recommended for Advanced Users): Click the Cookies tab to authenticate using your LinkedIn session cookie (li_at). Cookie authentication bypasses password challenge triggers and keeps your session authenticated seamlessly.

3. Configuring Dedicated Residential Proxies

LinkedIn closely monitors geographical IP address shifts. If an account logs in from multiple differing countries or cloud data centers, LinkedIn may restrict activity. SkySenders supports custom dedicated proxy pairing:

  • Accessing Proxy Settings: Click the three-dots menu (...) on your connected LinkedIn account row or open the account and click More → Update Proxy.

  • Proxy Protocol: Select your proxy type: HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5.

  • Host & Port: Enter the IP/hostname and port provided by your proxy provider (e.g. proxy.provider.com : 100010).

  • Country Selection: Choose the country matching your physical location or the intended operating region for this LinkedIn profile.

  • Authentication: Input your proxy Username and Password, then click Update Proxy.

  • Best Practice: Always use dedicated residential or mobile proxies rather than shared datacenter proxies to ensure 100% human-like network behavior.
