📁 Unibox Folders: Inbox, Untracked Emails, Important & Bounced

Understand the 4 core Unibox folders: managing campaign replies in Inbox, filtering operational noise in Untracked Emails, starring in Important, and diagnosing Bounced messages.

Unibox organizes your incoming communications into four dedicated folder views to separate high-priority sales replies from operational clutter.

1. Primary Inbox

The main Inbox view aggregates active prospect responses generated by your cold outreach campaigns:

  • Date Grouping: Conversations are neatly categorized by recency into Today, Yesterday, and Last 7 Days.

  • Rich Row Indicators: Each row displays the contact email/name, message snippet, channel badge (Email or LinkedIn), AI sentiment category, associated campaign tag, and relative timestamp.

  • Search & Filter: Use "Search by contact..." or the filter button to locate conversations instantly by prospect name, email, or campaign.

2. Untracked Emails

Connecting mailboxes often means receiving non-campaign emails (operational alerts, newsletters, or warmup verifications). SkySenders protects your sales focus using the Untracked Emails folder:

  • What Lands Here: Forwarded messages, Microsoft/Google admin alerts, system notifications, and automated warmup verification emails.

  • Campaign Protection: Untracked emails are strictly excluded from your campaign reply rate metrics, ensuring your conversion analytics reflect genuine prospect engagement only.

3. Important Folder

A curated pipeline view for sales reps and managers:

  • Starred Focus: Consolidates all threads marked with a star (⭐) across months (e.g. October 2026, September 2026, August 2026).

  • Hover Previews: Hover over any message row to see a quick tooltip preview of the email body without opening the thread.

4. Bounced Folder

The Bounced view collects automated delivery failure notices (Mailer-Daemon, 550 User Unknown, Mailbox Full):

  • Diagnostic Overview: Inspect delivery failure messages to pinpoint why an address bounced.

  • List Health: Helps you identify outdated contact lists and verify whether a bounce was a hard failure (invalid email) or soft temporary failure.
