The General settings tab in SkySenders controls your core workspace identity, custom URL routing, profile picture, and workspace lifecycle settings.
1. Updating Profile Picture & Workspace Logo
Brand your workspace to make multi-workspace navigation intuitive for your team:
Current Logo Preview: Displays your active workspace initials or uploaded square image.
How to Update: Click Update Logo under the Profile Picture section.
Recommended Format: PNG, JPG, or SVG image format (minimum 256x256 pixels) with a square aspect ratio.
2. Managing Basic Details & Custom Slug
Your workspace slug establishes your direct navigation link:
Workspace Name: The human-readable name of your team or organization (e.g. "Acme Growth Team").
Workspace Slug: A unique identifier prefix used for direct routing (e.g.,
workspace/app.skysenders.ai). Changing this updates your workspace URL handle.Saving Changes: Click the blue Update Workspace button to apply changes immediately across your team sessions.
3. Deleting a Workspace
If you no longer need a workspace:
Permanent Action: Clicking Delete Workspace permanently removes the workspace, all associated campaigns, contacts, connected mailboxes, and activity logs.
Ownership Requirement: Only the Workspace Owner can initiate workspace deletion.
