Warmup Profiles in SkySenders establish reusable deliverability blueprints that govern how email accounts interact with the automated peer warmup network. Rather than configuring warmup settings mailbox by mailbox, you can create standardized profiles and link them across multiple senders.
SkySenders comes pre-loaded with optimized profiles calibrated for major email ecosystems:
Google Default Warmup: Tuned for Google Workspace sending algorithms (20 max sends/day, 30% reply rate).
Microsoft 365 Default Warmup: Configured for Outlook / Exchange deliverability patterns (20 max sends/day, 30% reply rate).
Azure Default Warmup & Custom SMTP Default Warmup: Specialized volume curves for cloud SMTP and dedicated server infrastructure.
To build a tailored warmup configuration:
Navigate to Workspace → Delivery Control → Warmup Profiles.
Click the blue Create New Profile button in the top right.
Enter a recognizable Profile Name (e.g. "Aggressive Enterprise Ramp").
Start with Emails/Day: The starting volume dispatched on Day 1 (typically 3–5 emails).
Warmup Email Ramp-up: The daily incremental increase (e.g. +3 or +5 additional emails each day).
Maximum Email Sent/Day: The ceiling cap (e.g. 30 emails/day) to prevent sender account over-exhaustion.
Warmup Reply Rate %: Target automated reply ratio (recommended 30%) to simulate authentic human conversation.
Schedule Timezone: Set your preferred reference timezone.
Only Weekdays (Recommended): Dispatches warmup emails Monday through Friday to match authentic B2B workplace cadence.
Including Weekends: Sends warmup messages 7 days a week for steady, uninterrupted volume build-up.
Once created, profiles can be assigned to any connected sender under Infrastructure → Mailboxes → Warmup tab.
