Manage your subscription plan, monitor monthly outbound capacity, update billing addresses, and configure credit card payment details in SkySenders.
The Plan Details section gives you real-time visibility into your outbound sending tier:
Plan Selected: Displays your active plan tier (e.g. "Growth", "Pro", or "Enterprise").
Next Billing Date: The date your subscription automatically renews for the subsequent billing cycle.
Recurring Type: Indicates whether your account operates on a Monthly or Annual commitment.
Outbound Capacity Meter: Tracks your cumulative outbound email and LinkedIn message dispatch for the current billing cycle (e.g. "30 / 1,000,000 this month"). The progress bar and counter automatically reset on your monthly billing date.
Change Plan: Click "Change Plan" to upgrade your outbound volume capacity or switch between billing commitments.
Manage Subscription: Access your Stripe customer billing portal to download official VAT/GST invoices and view payment history.
Billing Address: Company legal entity name, corporate address, postal code, and country used on tax receipts.
Card Info: Displays the primary payment card on file (e.g. "Credit Card Ending 4242", Expiry date).
Update Payment Details: Click the blue "Update Payment Details" button to add a new credit card, update expiration dates, or change the default payment method.
If you wish to terminate or pause your SkySenders outbound subscription:
Cancellation Policy: Canceling stops all future automated renewals while preserving full access to your mailboxes, campaigns, and contacts until the end of your current paid billing period.
Proceed with Cancellation: Click the red "Proceed with Cancellation" button under Manage your subscription to confirm cancellation.
Reactivation: You can reactivate your account anytime to instantly resume campaigns without losing configured domains, warmup scores, or contact lists.
Deliverability Note: Keep your outbound capacity safely above your daily campaign sending targets to prevent sequences from pausing mid-flight when monthly limits are approached.
