🏢 Your Workspaces: Switching, Managing Roles & Creating New Workspaces

Switch between multiple workspaces, review owner and admin roles, and create new workspace portals with unique slugs.

Access, switch between, and create the workspaces you own or collaborate in from one centralized management portal.

Managing Your Workspaces

SkySenders is architected with complete multi-workspace isolation, perfect for agencies managing multiple client brands or businesses running separate product lines:

  • Workspace Switcher Table: View all workspaces associated with your email login, displaying the Workspace Name, your assigned Role (Workspace Owner, Admin, Member), and active Status.

  • Search & Filter: Quickly find specific client workspaces using the "Search workspace" bar or filter by user role using the "By Role" dropdown.

  • Current Workspace Badge: The green "Current" badge highlights the workspace you are currently operating in.

  • Workspace Actions: Click the three-dots action menu on any row to open workspace settings, manage team seats, or switch active environments.

Creating a New Workspace

To spin up a new workspace environment:

  • Step 1: Navigate to Global Settings > General > Workspace.

  • Step 2: Click the blue "Create New Workspace" button in the upper right corner.

  • Step 3: In the modal, enter the Workspace Name * (e.g. "Acme Inc. Marketing Team").

  • Step 4: Define a unique Workspace Slug * (e.g. "acme-marketing" which maps to your unique portal URL acme-marketing/app.skysenders.ai).

  • Step 5: Click the blue "Create Workspace" button to provision the isolated workspace environment instantly.

Agency Best Practice: Create a distinct workspace for each client to maintain 100% data separation across sending domains, warmup pools, campaigns, and suppression lists.
