Answers to common questions regarding contact imports, duplicate handling, suppression rules, dynamic attributes, and data exports in SkySenders.
SkySenders maintains strict data integrity:
List Deduplication: When uploading a CSV file, SkySenders checks for duplicate email addresses and LinkedIn URLs within the file, keeping only the first valid occurrence.
Cross-Campaign Protection: When adding a list to a campaign, SkySenders verifies whether a contact is already actively enrolled in that campaign. Contacts cannot be queued twice in the same campaign.
The Workspace Suppression List (Workspace > Delivery Control > Suppress List) acts as a global safeguard across all outbound activity:
Exact Emails: Block individual email addresses (e.g. prospects who unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted).
Domain Wildcards: Block entire domains (e.g. @competitor.com or @existingclient.com) so no one in your organization ever reaches out to them.
Automatic Exclusions: Any lead whose email or domain matches a suppression entry is automatically skipped during campaign dispatch.
Yes. You can edit any contact's standard or custom fields under Contacts & Lists > Contacts. Upcoming sequence steps render tags like {{firstName}}, {{companyName}}, or custom variables dynamically at execution time, ensuring updated values are reflected in future messages.
SkySenders provides complete data portability. From the Campaigns list, Contacts view, or Unibox, click Export to CSV. Exports include contact identifiers, email addresses, LinkedIn profile URLs, sequence step statuses, open counts, click events, and AI sentiment tags.
