Review common questions regarding workspace management, team permissions (RBAC), real-time Webhooks, Whitelabel client portals, and Developer REST APIs.

1. How do team member permissions and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) work?

  • Admin: Full administrative authority. Can manage billing and subscription plans, invite or delete team members, configure workspaces, manage API keys, and access all campaigns.

  • Member: Operational access. Can create and run campaigns, upload contact lists, and manage conversations in Unibox, but cannot view billing information, alter workspace settings, or regenerate developer API keys.

2. How do real-time Webhooks notify external systems?

SkySenders offers two types of webhooks (Workspace > Developer Options > Webhooks):

  • HTTP / HTTPS Webhooks: Dispatches raw JSON event payloads to your custom server endpoint with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification (X-Webhook-Signature) for events like email.reply, email.sent, email.bounced, linkedin.connection_accepted, and campaign.status_changed.

  • Slack Incoming Webhooks: Pushes formatted Slack Block Kit alert cards directly into chosen Slack channels with lead details, reply text, and sentiment badges.

3. Can agencies create client portals with Whitelabel branding?

Yes. Under Workspace > Whitelabel > Whitelabel Clients, agencies can invite client accounts. Clients log into a custom branded domain showcasing your agency's logo and accent colors, viewing campaign performance and Unibox conversations while keeping master billing and credentials secure.

4. Where can developers find the public REST API documentation?

Developers can access the complete SkySenders REST API reference, endpoints, and schema definitions at https://api.skysenders.ai. Generate API keys under Settings > API Keys to authenticate server-to-server requests.
